2. Quotations

  • All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time.
  • Additional work identified during inspection or treatment may incur additional charges.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Access to Property

You are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Ensuring treatment areas are accessible.
  • Informing us of any hazards, pets, vulnerable occupants or relevant health concerns.
  • Following any preparation instructions supplied before treatment.

Failure to provide adequate access may result in delays, additional charges or cancellation of the appointment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the pest issue.
  • Follow all preparation instructions.
  • Follow post-treatment advice and recommendations.
  • Allow sufficient time for treatments to take effect.

Treatment effectiveness may be reduced where preparation requirements or advice are not followed.

5. Treatment Results

  • Pest control treatments are designed to reduce and eliminate infestations; however, immediate results cannot always be guaranteed.
  • Some infestations may require multiple visits or ongoing monitoring.
  • Pest activity may temporarily increase following treatment as pests are exposed to treatment products.
  • Results can vary depending on infestation levels, environmental conditions, property conditions and customer compliance with preparation and aftercare instructions.

6. Rodent Control Services

For rodent control:

  • Follow-up visits may be recommended.
  • Proofing, hygiene and housekeeping recommendations should be implemented promptly.
  • Re-infestation caused by unresolved structural defects, neighbouring properties, environmental factors or failure to implement recommendations is not covered by any service guarantee.

7. Service Guarantees

Where a guarantee is provided:

  • It applies only to the specific treatment detailed in writing.
  • The guarantee is subject to full compliance with preparation and aftercare requirements.
  • The guarantee does not cover re-infestation from new introductions or external sources.
  • The guarantee becomes void where treatment areas are altered, disturbed or recommendations are not followed.

Any guarantee period will be confirmed in writing where applicable.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellation

  • We ask that customers provide as much notice as possible if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

RodentKill Cancellation

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Staff illness
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where this occurs, an alternative appointment will be offered.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • RodentKill shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • We shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
  • We shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to website systems.
  • Copy, reproduce or distribute website content without permission.
